Terms & Conditions / Policies
1. Terms of Use
By booking and/or participating in a program at Usurpaki Healing DAS Centro Espiritual (hereinafter “the Center”), the participant confirms that they voluntarily agree to receive traditional shamanic care offered by our facilitators.
Participation may include — but is not limited to — the optional and voluntary consumption of traditional medicinal plants, including the brew known as Ayahuasca, within ceremonial contexts guided by íkaros (healing songs).
The Center will never require or oblige any participant to consume Ayahuasca or any other plant preparation in order to receive shamanic care.
Participants must inform the Center, prior to arrival, of any known physical or mental health conditions and any current medications or treatments. The Center is not responsible for any omission or misrepresentation of such information.
The participant acknowledges that traditional shamanic practices, including the ceremonial use of Ayahuasca, are legal in Peru. These services do not constitute medical treatment under conventional (Western) medicine and are undertaken entirely at the participant’s own risk.
Upon arrival, these terms will be read to the participant (with a translator if necessary) in a language they understand. By signing the consent form, the participant confirms their full understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
2. Privacy Policy
All personal, medical, and spiritual information shared with the Center is kept strictly confidential. Your contact information will only be used to send you updates and information about Usurpaki Healing DAS. We will never sell or share your information with third parties.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you cancel upon arrival or leave before the end of your program, no financial refund will be provided.
At our discretion, we may offer a voucher for unused days, redeemable within the next calendar year. Travel, transportation, and other personal expenses are not covered or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Payment Policy
Usurpaki Healing DAS accepts payment by international bank transfer or in cash (USD or PEN). Bank transfer details will be provided upon request.
Important: In Peru, banks and businesses only accept new, undamaged bills. Please ensure you bring fresh notes from your bank in your home country. ATMs in Peru may have daily withdrawal limits and limited availability in rural areas.
5. Code of Conduct
We ask all participants to respect the privacy, safety, and personal space of others at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Force Majeure
The Center is not liable for program interruptions or cancellations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, transportation disruptions, or changes in local regulations.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Peru.
